Very nice service representative. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but maybe you can look it up. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting are is very nice and I enjoyed checking our the new "vanagon" or "Volkswagen bus" that is electric. A sales associate ,who knew I wasn't interested in buying , told me all about the features. I will come again to have my out of warranty Audi serviced here, rather than going to Portland for service. The sales people were very nice. I did feel there was too much "back and forth" during the negotiation process and honestly was surprised my almost final offer wasn't accepted as it I did feel there was too much "back and forth" during the negotiation process and honestly was surprised my almost final offer wasn't accepted as it was not far from initial asking price. At the end, waiting 30 minutes more over a difference of $50 was just dumb. More
