The service department lost our key fob, damaged the driver side door panel and center console. It took them over a month to do the final service work needed. The finance department told us they wouldn’ driver side door panel and center console. It took them over a month to do the final service work needed. The finance department told us they wouldn’t submit our paperwork until we picked up the car but that was a lie and they submitted the paperwork 2 days after our test drive. This gave us a payment on a car we were not even in possession of. We were told we would get a reimbursement check for the lost key fob and part of the damage done to the center console but we still haven’t received any reimbursement. Overall very disappointed in the entire process, aside from the salesperson who was the only positive part of our experience. More

The problem with the car was the heater for the DEF. Took 55 days to get the part and get it installed. Don't know if your company had tried too get it from the states , rather than Germany.
