When we arrived we weren’t greeted by anyone. Hung out in the lobby for around 15 mins and told some yee had an appointment with Brendan. Brendan wasn’t there so Richard filled in for him. Richard was great to work with, he is honest and build trust with us before discussing any numbers with the car we purchased. We originally walked away as the interest rate wasn’t what we were expecting. Richard reached out to me the following day and was able to get me the interest rate I was wanting. We returned that day and completed the sale. Richard made that sale happen, if we didn’t have the trust built with him I wouldn’t have returned. I had already been in contact other dealers about other cars. More

Salespeople were very nice and not too pushy so the buying process was nice. Picking up the car was, unfortunately, a poor experience. They took a long time finding the temporary tags so I had to wait; buying process was nice. Picking up the car was, unfortunately, a poor experience.
