The experience started out good. I was satisfied with the car choices on the lot, the hospitality while looking, and how the staff accommodated my request for a longer test drive to I was satisfied with the car choices on the lot, the hospitality while looking, and how the staff accommodated my request for a longer test drive to find a hill. It went a bit downhill with the sales department, which is not altogether surprising given the reputation that all car dealerships have. I was disappointed with the trade-in value of my previous car, as it was less than online estimates prepared me for. Also rather annoyed that I had to pay for a security system I didn't want because they refused to uninstall it. Didn't like feeling pressured to buy a service plan when none of the covered providers exist on the coast. The worst part was discovering weeks later that there was a tire lock installed with no key, making it impossible to service a tire leak. More
