By far the worst experience I have ever had with a certain car. First dealership/ Volkswagen I have ever used/owned and it’s completely useless. I have gone in several times to figure out what the root of the problem is for my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and to no hope or light in sight it’s still a problem. The dealership was polite and seemed to have a general interest in resolving my issue. However, there was no resolution to my problem. The repair was done great. But they won't give you a break down of parts and labor so you don't really get the chance to price around for the best deal.
