My service guy was great! ! The service it self was horrible. Your mechanic called in sick. My appointment was Thursday. You had my car until Monday. On Friday I was told my oi ! The service it self was horrible. Your mechanic called in sick. My appointment was Thursday. You had my car until Monday. On Friday I was told my oil change was done but they did not know why the engine light was on. I would need to wait until Monday to find out. On Monday they told me they could not get the hood to open so the oil change was never done. I will not be retuning for any services moving forward. More

Brought my older Volkswagen in for a service. Got a laundry list of things that had to be done because they might fail in the future. Total was over twice the kbb value of the car. Took to an independent mechanic an got my issues solved for a fraction of the price and without the upsell. They also charge a “sales tax” that Oregon does not have to pass their corporate tax on to the consumer. More
