Salesman told me there were two keys for this car when it came in. I told him, multiple times, it was important for me to have two keys. When car was delivered there was only one key. They also tried to bill me for a $500 "location device" (called kahu) that I did not ask for. Upon my insistence they removed that charge. They had a whole week to detail the car before delivery, yet there remained xxxx on the console and black scuff marks on the post between windshield and passenger door. Definitely not a thorough detail job. This was a long-distance deal. Pictures they sent did not show good detail (poorly lit and not every area shown). There was a ding in the hood with a crack in the paint that was more than just surface damage. Lesson learned. More

Not impressed with service department at all. They rush the oil changes and forget things. They wanted me to buy all tires when my car has 28,000. Went to a tire shop and had balance and rotated and they stated one tire was a little worsen then other. Which is weird when service done my tire rotate and balance and if done right then tires would be at same rate for front vs back. Not impressed at all More
