Graciano was my sales person. He was okay. The sales manager - who I do not see listed - was overbearing and aggressive. The finance manager rushed through my financing brushing off questions. I ended up paying for something that was suppposed to have been included in the price - not resolved. They said they could not get front plate on until next morning. When I got there they said I had to purchase a front plate holder to get it put on - yet more $$$$. I had dealings with several people in service and they were TERRIFIC. If it hadn't been so bad on the front side, it would have been a great experience. In service I dealt with Bill and Nick. More

I walked into the M.P. Autobarn with the intention of buying a new Golf R. I had already done all my research on it, and test drives at a few other local dealers. I walked into this dealer just to see wh buying a new Golf R. I had already done all my research on it, and test drives at a few other local dealers. I walked into this dealer just to see what kind of price they would give me on the R and for the trade on my GTI. Eryk was more than helpful and didnt try and pressure me into the sale. He knew I would walk since I already had a deal 99% finalized at another dealer. We ended up going a few rounds on the price of the car and my trade, but I walked away happy with the final numbers. All in all it was a very painless experience. I HATE buying cars because of all the BS you have to deal with when it comes to negotiating. Like I said, there was absolutely no pressure and everything went extremely smoothly. After we finalized the numbers, I put my deposit down and was told it would take 5 business days (worse case) to get the car since they didnt have the color and options I wanted on the lot. I was somewhat bummed, but again I was willing to wait because of how nice everyone was. Well the next day I got a call from Eryk that they had found the car I wanted and they had already drove to pick it up and that it was ready for me to take home. He even took a few pictures of it and texted them to me because he knew I couldnt wait to see it. He went way out of his way to make this a great experience. Eryk is a good guy. I drove over there to sign the papers and take ownership. I had told Eryk a few days before when we did the deal that I wasnt signing up for any BS extra addons or extended warranties. When I went to sign the papers the finance guy was aware of this and didnt even try selling them to me. It was by far the easiest and stress free car buying experience I have ever had. They've got a repeat customer in me. When I'm ready to upgrade again I'll be going back. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market for a a new car. Great staff! More
