My lease was due to expire in a couple weeks and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do - purchase my 2010 Jetta TDI SportWagen (which I loved) or try something new. I hadn't considered leasing a newer version of the same car until Graciano suggested a 2013 TDI, a number of which he had on the lot. I looked at them and lusted after one with a panoramic sunroof, the only thing my car had been lacking. I assumed that being a current model and having this added feature it would cost more to lease, but Graciano and Vic worked out a deal for me (without pressure or hard bargaining!) in which I'm actually paying less each month. Even going through the credit check and signing the documents with Joe was relatively quick and efficient. The transition from my old Jetta to the new one was easy - Graciano put on the plates, hooked up my Bluetooth and got me on my way. He also called me right away when he discovered that I'd left my garage door opener and I-Pass in the other car. While I had been dreading the prospect of going to the dealership, it turned out to be a painless experience. And now I am driving a new car that I love, with a reduction in cost (my insurance premium also went down!). Great customer service, guys. More
