Due to an unfortunate event with our vehicle being stolen, we were suddenly pushed into a situation where we needed a car immediately. We went to the other two dealers just to dot our I's and cross our T's, only to find ourselves rushing back to The Autobarn. John Sassano was the friendliest/non-pushy sales consultant we've both experienced EVER. He was very understanding and emphatic to our situation and seemed extremely willing to help us walk out with something we can afford and that we were happy with. Vic was also extremely helpful and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with, as he was very straightforward with the information regarding our financing. They were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and there was not a single moment where I felt pressured. I never felt so comfortable in a car dealership and John & Vic made our first experience buying a used car convenient to us and our time frame. I had to go back for a follow-up visit to pick up the 2nd key and even that small 15 minute visit, I didn't feel like John rushed me so he could attend to other potential customers. He took the time out to really question how the vehicle was, the update on our stolen vehicle, and to wish me a happy holidays. The Autobarn is definitely a dealer you should check out - they've got high standards for their staff and that definitely shows in the happy customers and the ratings. More
