She went above and beyond to help us find the best match for us, which was quite a feat since the model we wanted was hard to find. Her warm personality and approachable demeanor made her a real pleasure to work with, and we really appreciated how she sincerely wanted to find us a car that we would love instead of just pushing current stock on us or engaging in "hard sell" tactics that are often synonymous with the stereotypical car salesman. We trusted her opinion and knowledge about the car's features and she helped us weigh must-haves vs. the things we could compromise on. In the end, we drove off the lot in our new Tiguan feeling sure we made the right decision and very greatful to have had Lisa to help us make it. I found a 2007 VW Jetta on cars.com and I called to schedule a test drive. Robert from used cars answered the call. He was very friendly and helpful.
