VW of Orange Park is where you go for sales and service. That statement is from years of observation of doing business with them. Especially in the service department. It is where service advisors service. That statement is from years of observation of doing business with them. Especially in the service department. It is where service advisors Allen, Moe and Natalie receive you with utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. They are knowledgeable and keep you well informed. I’m always made to feel like top priority when I go for service even on very busy days. I give them 10 in customer service. The climate there is so welcoming including checkout. It speaks volumes. My husband and I were searching for a car for our son, who had recently moved to Jacksonville, and the entire car shopping process had been daunting. Living in West Palm Beach, we searched for the perfect vehicle in Jacksonville and our local area. The experience of shopping for a used car these days can be downright awful, and I had lost count of the number of dealerships I had personally visited before my son's move. However, Jim's prompt response to my internet inquiry changed the game. Right from the start, Jim displayed a level of professionalism, knowledge, and respect for our budget that set him apart from the other salespeople we encountered. Despite finding a car in West Palm before securing one in Jacksonville, Jim remained patient and engaged with us over the course of a couple of days as we explored different options. What truly stood out about Jim was his quick responsiveness and willingness to provide all the necessary information about the vehicles we inquired about. In a sea of dealerships and salespeople, Jim was the only one who consistently delivered on his promises, making the car shopping experience significantly more pleasant. Just purchased a 2024 Golf R in the neighborhood of $53,000. Sales and sale manager we very nice to me. Car is great! What’s not great is as soon as I left the dealership 2 miles in tire pressure warni $53,000. Sales and sale manager we very nice to me. Car is great! What’s not great is as soon as I left the dealership 2 miles in tire pressure warning light appeared. Come to find out there was a pancake head screw right rear tire. Contacted dealership for advice since it was so new. Basically turned away by sales, sales manager messaged me next day while I was plugging said tire to ask how the car was. Needless to say I wasn’t thrilled. He was kind and offered to help, but by then the plug was set. After sleeping on it I felt an entirely new tire was warranted since so much money was spent and now with only 20 miles on the car I have to ride around with a plug until tires are replaced. $300 fix to make the customer happy. I was also going to return this week for a new/used car for the wife. I guess 100k possible profits didn’t warrant $300. I won’t be back. If I have to drive an hour out of town for anything VW I will, O’Steen VW has always been decent to me so back to them maybe. Guess I’ll go spend another $300 on a new tire myself since the greed trumps customer satisfaction. Oh to top it off I messaged the sales manager and his boss was suppose to contact me this afternoon. Well, it’s 8:53pm and no call.👌 More
After having an awful experience at another dealership the day before. I went to Volkswagon of Orange Park because thats where the car the that originally wanted to purchase was located. Although I was on edge and skeptical most of the time, the manager, Douglas my sales person and even the Lucas the finance manager assured me that their main concern was to ensure that I had a good experience. I must say… not only was my experience AWESOME, I got a GREAT on the vehicle that I purchased. More
