The vehicle is very nice. The experience at the dealership was beyond disappointing.A solid deal was made at a meeting with the salesman two days before the final pickup. At t The experience at the dealership was beyond disappointing.A solid deal was made at a meeting with the salesman two days before the final pickup. At that meeting it was established that we would be bringing in our own financing and only needed a total price and possible trade in amount. On our arrival the first request was to fill out a credit report so the finance could check credit. We already had check in hand Totaly unnecessary! After debating this we were approached by a second person who claimed to be a finance manger and presented a whole new price higher than what was previously negotiated and advertised online in their own ad.In addition the new price added additional fees for ad one that were included in the original ad. This isn’t sales tactics it’s illegal! After hours of back and forth we finally got back to the original deal , turning down their trade in amount and unproven claims of lower interest rates. When we finally went to sign the check the third person another finance manager told us to fill out an amount that was four thousand dollars more than we just agreed on with the other two people. As we walked out of coarse, they suddenly made it right we signed and took the car home Four hours of wasted time for what should have taken 45 min in a very straight forward business deal. Take your money elsewhere!! More
