This was a wonderful experience. I made an appointment to look at a minivan they just posted online. I was looking for this particular minivan. The receptionist was so polite. It was so new the pictures had not been posted yet. When I got there it was ready to go and they gave me Irish as my point of contact. He was absolutely an amazing guy. When he took me for the test drive it was a clean vehicle. I really appreciated that, since over the course of a week, I had driven to Orlando several times and so many of those cars smelled like trash. I decided to finance the vehicle and I was in and out. They sent the car back to detail to put the finishing touches on it. I love my minivan and everyone there was amazing. I would like to call out Irish (Mike), and TJ (Finance guy) . They took great care of me. The process was easy and absolutely worth your time. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was one of my best experiences. My wife and I purchased a used car from VW of Ocala and have had a very positive experience before, during, and after the sale. We live in Orlando and I saw this car online that matched what I had been loo have had a very positive experience before, during, and after the sale. Because my wife was unable to drive due to a vision issue, I pulled a trailer to Ocala with the intention of buying vehicle if everything checked out. We test drove the car and decided to buy it. Our salesman was Mike "Irish" Bedaw and he treated kindly with respect. The finance manager we dealt with is former pro bowler John Fulner who also treated us fairly without pressure. But the story doesn't end here. As I said, I trailered the car home and after unloading, my 20yo daughter comes out to check it out and asks why there is no sound from the radio. When we test drove the car, we never even tried the radio. Doh! As it turned out none of the systems requiring audio worked. No phone, no navigation, no radio. I thought back to the paper I had signed saying this was an "as-is" used car sale. I called Irish to ask if there was anything that could be done, and he checked with his manager (also named Mike) and I was told to bring the car back and they would see what they could do. I left the car for 2 days and it was repaired by replacing an amplifier at no charge. I am very happy with how I have been treated and would highly recommend VW of Ocala. More
