Caleb would not accept my coupon for an oil change. It was valid and from your own website. Caleb gave me a lame excuse saying the $69 coupon was excluded but the Atlas wasn’t excluded from the fine pr It was valid and from your own website. The 2nd coupon I presented was $89 but Caleb said in the fine print it only included 5 qts oil and my Atlas used 6.5 qts. I asked to pay extra for the 1.5 qts with coupon and Caleb said no. The 3rd coupon was for 10% off and he didn’t even apply it. I’ve never paid over $140 for an oil change. As a customer I felt ripped off and ignored especially being a female. This dealership gives VW a bad reputation. More

After 4 days of dealing with looking for a vehicle stopped by and got g old, no great salesperson and a great finance person. Still need to look at time involved but was average.
