The dealership is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Caleb kept me informed about my Beetle during the service. Caleb is cool to work with as well. He also made sure my Beetle was being taken friendly. Caleb kept me informed about my Beetle during the service. Caleb is cool to work with as well. He also made sure my Beetle was being taken care of when he had a day off so he made sure I knew Danny was going to be overseeing the service. I have worked with Danny before and he still kept me informed about my Beetle and he’s still awesome to work with. The customer service at VW of Ocala is very good in my opinion. More
