Please accept our sincerest apologies for the experience you received during your visit. Our service advisor injured himself and shouted in pain, we understand an apology was made immediately. We were in the process of appraising your vehicle using the key to check mileage, etc. We never want any of our guests to feel uncomfortable, we will be sure to better explain the appraisal process in the future.
