Unethical business practices, poor customer satisfaction I found a vehicle on their website that I was ready to buy, with a decent price listed. Upon contacting the sales team, I spoke with Savanna Freim I found a vehicle on their website that I was ready to buy, with a decent price listed. Upon contacting the sales team, I spoke with Savanna Freimuth, and asked for the bottom line, out the door price. She asked a few questions, and stated that if I didn't have anything to trade, then the price of the vehicle would increase. She then stated that if I didn't finance with them, the price of the vehicle would increase again. I explained that I lived 3 hours away from Ocala, and that my vehicle was involved in an accident and would not be a good trade in, and even explained that I would either pay cash, or provide my own financing. She was not willing to budge from the increased price, and was unwilling to speak with her supervisors to try to lower the cost of the vehicle back to the advertised price. Due their inability to provide the best price and customer service, I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership. Unethical business practice and very NON-customer friendly. I would not recommend this dealership. The sales folks are not willing to stick to their advertised pricing, and will increase the price for their gains and satisfaction. More

service does not live up to dealer promices gettle group quarenteed on the website that during the covid 19 crisis that autos needing service would be picked up and delivered for customers.....m gettle group quarenteed on the website that during the covid 19 crisis that autos needing service would be picked up and delivered for customers.....myself being 67 with diabeties, lung and heart problems i thought what a nice service....called service after i was alerted that i had a recall on my car and dan(don't hold me to the name) answered and i told him i was alerted to a recall and he responded yes we are ready to do that service asap....so i said i would like it picked up and delivered and he oh no, we are not going to let people take advantage of this, we won't pick up and deliver...so i notified gettle group that vw of ocala is not living up to the advertised proceedure.....i let them know that when i informed dan of service that i was 67 years old and subject to the virus and he replied he was 35 and didn't like getting into the customer's car....they promised me they would find someone to pick up my car....vw of ocala called me an d said the recall was a mistake and to forget it....WHAT A SERVICE DEPARTMENT.....most of the associates from my salesman to manager of the dealership was aware of this situation..... Alvin was the epitome of a good helpful car salesman. Not only did he get the car we wanted but he also did not rest until he got us the deal that worked best for us. Terrible! I received the following in an email from Michelle “ your vehicle price is going to be $xxx OTD. I have Alex pulling your Passat off the front line now and it will be ready for you when yo Michelle “ your vehicle price is going to be $xxx OTD. I have Alex pulling your Passat off the front line now and it will be ready for you when you arrive at 12:00 tomorrow. I will give you a call once I get with my finance manager on the funds. Congratulations on your new Passat! ” We agreed on a sale and then they sold the car the same night before I was scheduled to pick it up at noon the next day. I had to drive to the next town over for a cashiers check and then have someone drive me an hour to get a rental car to drive the next day to pick up the car since I was not trading in my current car. So, not only am I out of the cost of the rental car, I am out of hours of my time wasted preparing to go purchase the car. Their response was to offer a car that was more than $5000 over the price of the agreed upon car. More
