Took car in because it wouldn’t crank when engine was warm. Dealership had car for two weeks. Claimed they couldn’t get car to replicate the problem they said “we are chasing a ghost”. Was also told they took my car out on numerous 5 mile road trips when in fact my odometer reading only had ONE additional mile when picked up During the two weeks the only correspondence was when I contacted them. Claimed to text me up dates however phone number not corrected when I dropped car off and communication was sent to a Landline number disconnected 4 years ago. More
