We can't say enough about this dealership, and specifically Austin. We knew what we wanted when we came in, and even though time wasn't on our side when it came time to finishing the deal, the tea specifically Austin. We knew what we wanted when we came in, and even though time wasn't on our side when it came time to finishing the deal, the team did their best to hold on to it until we came back. Fortunately, with the car still available, and the team keeping their word on the deal, we were able to very easily finish all of the paperwork. Austin made sure that we knew all of our options, was NEVER pushy or aggressive, and gave us a renewed hope that not all car buying experiences are bad!!! Seriously, if we could pick 10 stars, we would, and we would look to partner with the team at VW of Ocala any day! More
