I test drove a few cars and he was extremely patient with my undecisiveness. He worked well with Norma who was very helpful with the financial information that i needed.She was very pleasant, and fun to work with. Everything went very smoothly and very quick, and they even had to "find" me the car i wanted elsewhere. I received a phone call after my first time there just for a follow up to make sure i was happy with the sevice i received...very impressive! Josh went through every detail of the car,set up my bluetooth, radio channels etc. So impressed with him!!! Before I left the delership he scheduled my 1 month check and introduced me to the service people so I would be comfortable when I cae back for that appointment. Everyone went out of their way to shake my hand and wish me well with my new car. Had a very good experience with VW of North Attleboro buying a used car. Ray, our salesman, was excellent and very upfront about the vehicle (it had some minor damage).
