George and Jim were very nice. The only issue i had was that neither had the correct information on the interest rate i would be paying. They told me one thing and the finance person the next day told me that neither had the correct information on the interest rate i would be paying. They told me one thing and the finance person the next day told me something different and said they should have never given me the info they did. (keep in mind i have excellent credit, so credit worthiness was not the issue). Needless to say, that affected my monthly payment. More
