The business manager gave me numbers on a used vehicles. The problem with that is when I spoke to the business manager I never mentioned the price or the website. She simply gave me the numbers I saw on the website without me mentioning it to her. As you can see the GM was trying to pull a fast one on me. I use to work in this business so I know they can bump up the prices on used car as much as they want by a click of a button. More

Techicians are clueless. They have no clue of what they are doing. They missed the most obvious things like Check engine light and worked on tire allignment and left it in a worse sitution than before. We are doing. We had a long trip planned and we could not get the car in time and had to make alternative arrangements. They were very rude and were not at all apologetic about the mistakes and the mess. I live 3o mins away and had to make multiple trips to get it sorted. For your own safety, do not go here. People are rude, servicing is horrible, they ripped me off. Overall one of the worst servicing centers. More

I went back to VW of North Attleboro because of the experience we had with her purchase. Again I had the same superior customer interaction with Chris, Norma and Sales rep, George. I know I could have shopped around but George was the driving factor to my return. It was a no nonsense purchase and he was able to locate the Jetta with the color and options I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was 5 Star at this dealership. More

George and Chris are awesome I bought a new Jetta GLI on Sunday (picked it up Tuesday) and George and Chris were helpful, courteous and not your typical sales people. Norma in Fin I bought a new Jetta GLI on Sunday (picked it up Tuesday) and George and Chris were helpful, courteous and not your typical sales people. Norma in Finance was a joy to work with as well. All three did place the customers’ needs above their maximum profit (they do still of course make enough) making it a way different experience than in the high-pressure environments at big/mixed brand dealerships! Service department and senior management are a disaster. Bought car with new set of Hankook tires, all four are scalloped, noisy, and trashed after 10,000 from an obvious manufacturing defect. Hankook warranties the tire for 60,000. Service blamed this on road conditions and was totally uninterested in trying to help as only they can approach Hankook for a remedy. So lesson learned, do your homework before buying here. More

We have been looking for a new car, in particular a new Atlas. Comparing the price to other dealerships they were very competitive. Enough for us to make the 45 minute drive to the dealership. Chris was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person and Eddie was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. Eddie is a no b.s kind of guy which is nice and refreshing. He was not pushy at all and he really emphasizes putting the customer first. He has exceptional customer service. We were in finance about an hour past closing on a Saturday and Eddie sat and waited for us the whole time to walk us out! The day we picked up the car, Eddie showed us the ins and outsm,had the car inspected and we were ready to go. This dealership believes in what they sell, and most if not all of the employees drive Volkswagens. Thank you again and we love our new Atlas. Service is totally incompetent and dangerous I had been bringing multiple cars to this dealer for years. I brought a brand new VW in with concerns about the handling/steering. The dealer assured I had been bringing multiple cars to this dealer for years. I brought a brand new VW in with concerns about the handling/steering. The dealer assured me they had examined every aspect of the vehicle with great care, and that the vehicle was fine and handling properly. I eventually found out from a different dealer that the vehicle had a defective steering rack that could have resulted in a catastrophic loss of control on the highway. So, VW of North Attleboro completely missed a potentially fatal flaw in the vehicle that they assured me was fine. When I informed Tim (the service rep at North Attleboro) what was wrong with the vehicle, he said the problem must have been intermittent. Interesting argument: the steering rack was defective each day I attempted to drive the car, miraculously fixed itself just for the day the car was at the dealer, then broke again the next day. How stupid do they thing people are? If you wish to endanger your life with utterly incompetent service, then bring your car to VW of North Attleboro. Otherwise, go elsewhere. More
