My 2011 CC almost got engine destroyed but Roger from the beginning started to look for all warranties from the manufacturer. Explained to me the entire process plus the mechanic team was hand on. I dropped on Saturday , they checked on Monday , made the plan same day...... Surprise to me they removed the head of engine same day. I got my car by Wednesday. Roger and the team made my life easier.... From potentially replacing the car to get back my car back..... They got my entire business..... Roger.... Thank You .... More
