Volkswagen of New Port Richey, 4719 US-19, Port Richey, FL has to be one of the worst managed car dealership. I wish there was an option to give -5 stars.... we looked online and called to purchase a vehic FL has to be one of the worst managed car dealership. Drove 4 hours but around half way there got a call that although the vehicle was originally offered for sale by the Hyundai (which is also owned by the same people), the Manager at VW has pulled it into VW side since he can sell it higher than the prices already advertised by them so it is >$2k more than the original asking price. Anyways, when got there and decided to purchase the vehicle and had already told them that we have our own financing, we were told that we have to finance through them which we refused so the Manager talked to us and assured that they will provide better interest rate than our current bank, well that was a lie when the finance completed the documents for us to sign since it has higher interest rate than our bank. We purchased the vehicles and they charged us for the registration and plates and we were told that we should have the plates in few weeks... guess what... it has been almost six months and we still don't have the plates and the Finance manager Eric will never return your call. Teresa and Michelle at the front office try to help but so far none of the management has returned any of our calls. I really hope that not only the owner of this dealership but also VW will look into this and help us resolve this issue... I mean six months and you charged full upfront but still can't get us plates... More

We came in specifically to look at a 2020VW Tiguan. I We came in specifically to look at a 2020 VW Tiguan. I had picked one out that I liked online prior to arriving at the dealership. I had talked to a few people on the phone over the week and when we arrived we were greeted by Chris. We met briefly with Teresa and then Chris took back over from there. He was nothing short of amazing the entire time we were with him. He quickly pulled the car I had found online around and went over every inch of the car with us. Once we test drove the car and decided that we did not want a sunroof he quickly found us the same car without the sunroof and pulled that around. We went inside to discuss buying the car and he made the entire process unbelievably easy. We talked over financing with Michael (I believe) and then signed all our paperwork with Aaron. They were able to get us in at a very low interest rate (much lower than our bank offered us even) and got our payments at a number we were comfortable paying. Once we got everything done, Chris took an extra 30-45 minutes helping me set my car up and showing me how to work different features of the car. My husband hates buying new cars and he has told everyone how enjoyable the whole experience was and how smoothly everything went. We give the entire dealership 5 stars! I will recommend them to anyone! Thank you for such an amazing experience and for helping me get into an amazing car!!! More
