BEWARE OF THE HYENA MARTIN KOELER AND HIS MANAGER SCOTT WALLS SCAMMERS, THIEVES, LIARS..... we had a car in trade with our perfect pick up ( unfortunately ) once we get home ( 1 hr from new port riche WALLS SCAMMERS, THIEVES, LIARS..... we had a car in trade with our perfect pick up ( unfortunately ) once we get home ( 1 hr from new port richey )and after we checked the car, the car wasn't cleaned nor vacuumed, later on i checked the engine and we got shocked there is no oil not even a minimum and just little bit of engine water, then we called Scott Walls and he did apologize for that and we took the car back on the next day, we left it there and they gave us an other car to go home, the second day after the inspection we noticed few new scratch on the body of the car, supposelly Martin took a note to call us later and he never did , exactly like all the promises he did since we get there....too much to say, i swear its a drama. after few month we discover that the car had an accident, which means the real value of the car is half of what we still paying now , we recently discovered that threw kbb, nada, carmax and other dealership, we are so made, i wonder why they gave us a high price for something doesnt worth it, we still paying for $17k for a car which cost only $9k. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT, where is the honesty and how about if somebody doesnt know anything about the cars like our case, we went there because we believe they are honest unfortunately they are not, they are even worst. Be sure you have it in writing (and even then they have a problem honoring it). The one year old used car I bought did not have the owners manual. Also only had one key but I didn't know this until after I signed the papers. When I mentioned it they didn't bat an eye. Cost me $300 to get a second key as remote is integrated in the key. More
We called the dealership to let them know we would be making a 90 minute drive to purchase an online vehicle they had listed. I told them that we had a comperable vehicle locally and the price was the same as their listing, I was told that if we made the trip we could beat the local pricing. When we arrived, surprise, the vehicle had "Just been sold" but they would make it right with another vehicle. After they tried to give us a lesser vehicle with 20k more miles onit, they said they would get us a similar make/model/milage vehicle. The only problem was that the then would not negotiate the price and gave a rediculous quote for our trade in vehicle ($1500 less than the local vendor. Final result was that we took a 3 hour round trip with 2 vehilces just to be told that the out the door price would be $2400 more than our local vendor. They did offer to let us use one of their vehicles until the order was filled, but by that time it was too late. More
