We looked at an 06 PT cruiser on 5-15. We were quoted a $6200 out the door. We went back today and took the car to our mechanic. The car's front bumper was held on by screws on the outside and not attached $6200 out the door. We went back today and took the car to our mechanic. The car's front bumper was held on by screws on the outside and not attached at the bottom, radiator mounts are not properly mounted, radiator bracket is bent and out of alignment, motor bracket/mount broken, shocks are bad, and there is a valve leak We requested that they fix a couple of the issues and we would give them their asking price of $6200, but they refused to fix anything or lower the price. Then the sales person came back stating that the price is $7000 even though she quoted $6200. We would have never came back if that was the price. The car is not worth that amount. We spent time and money to have the car checked out for nothing!! More

We were introduced to Geneva and a sales mgr whose name I can't remember but he was friendly. We had no intention of buying that day as we wanted to look at some other makes of cars but Geneva did such a good job at answering our questions and taking her time with us that we felt at home there. Would've have preferred to be out within an hour or two but we were partly to blame as we looked at several different combinations of Jettas. This dealership needs to be part of your consideration. Everyone from the lady who greets to the last manager could not have been more helpful. Kudos guys! More
Having bought two vehicles from this dealership and been pleased, I tried to buy a third. After spending about two hours in the showroom, I agreed to a price of $25K out the door. That included my trade pleased, I tried to buy a third. After spending about two hours in the showroom, I agreed to a price of $25K out the door. That included my trade of 18K and 7K addional financing. Well 25K out the door, does not mean out the door. Fees, taxes, registration costs, were added in to the price. They used $1,500 in my trade equity to offset these costs and then argued that the price was 25K out the door. If it cost me 25K to finance the vehicle plus $1,500 equity the price out the door is $26,500 not 25K. Everyone argued with me that I just didn't understand. Well having purchased 45 cars over my lifetime, let me assure you I do understand. 25 K out the door does not mean you get to utilize equity, to offset fees added on. Unfortunately I thought I had a dealership that I could do business with since I had purchased two cars over the last two years and was pleased with the deal. This is no longer the case. The good ending to this story is that I have changed my choice from a Jetta TDI to a Golf TDI and will be purchasing this week. More
Service at this dealer may cause you and your family harm. My tires were inflated with over 50 lbs. of air. After leaving air out of tires three times on my way home form servicing my Touareg my digital harm. My tires were inflated with over 50 lbs. of air. After leaving air out of tires three times on my way home form servicing my Touareg my digital gauge that I left at home showed 49.5 lbs. of pressure. Also, I called them on the fact they did not add the add-blue Diesel pollution additive. After the service guy said he added the "Blue" I have put on only 8000 and I have a warning indicator to add the add-blue. When topped off I should be able to drive 15000 miles. DON'T USE THIS DEALER......you may a Ford Explorer Experience!!!!! More

Somehow gas got in my diesel powered Jetta sportwagon, which caused major damage, and even though accidents like that are not covered by warranties, Volkswagen of new port Richy was able to get me back on which caused major damage, and even though accidents like that are not covered by warranties, Volkswagen of new port Richy was able to get me back on the road with no cost to me. BEWARE OF THE HYENA MARTIN KOELER AND HIS MANAGER SCOTT WALLS SCAMMERS, THIEVES, LIARS..... we had a car in trade with our perfect pick up ( unfortunately ) once we get home ( 1 hr from new port riche WALLS SCAMMERS, THIEVES, LIARS..... we had a car in trade with our perfect pick up ( unfortunately ) once we get home ( 1 hr from new port richey )and after we checked the car, the car wasn't cleaned nor vacuumed, later on i checked the engine and we got shocked there is no oil not even a minimum and just little bit of engine water, then we called Scott Walls and he did apologize for that and we took the car back on the next day, we left it there and they gave us an other car to go home, the second day after the inspection we noticed few new scratch on the body of the car, supposelly Martin took a note to call us later and he never did , exactly like all the promises he did since we get there....too much to say, i swear its a drama. after few month we discover that the car had an accident, which means the real value of the car is half of what we still paying now , we recently discovered that threw kbb, nada, carmax and other dealership, we are so made, i wonder why they gave us a high price for something doesnt worth it, we still paying for $17k for a car which cost only $9k. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT, where is the honesty and how about if somebody doesnt know anything about the cars like our case, we went there because we believe they are honest unfortunately they are not, they are even worst. Be sure you have it in writing (and even then they have a problem honoring it). The one year old used car I bought did not have the owners manual.
