Liars. They will promise you a deal if you have less than perfect credit but when it comes down to it, they will tell you it can't be done. Watch out for Manager John, General Manager Pat, and Salesman Eric. They will tell you whatever they have to to make you think your deal is going to go through. I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle they said they had but didn't (2018 VW Passat S) because they didn't have one. And they wanted $5000 down because I supposedly had decent credit and no outstanding Bills from what salesman Eric said. And my trade-in only had $2000 negative equity. More

Worst car dealership I've ever encountered The worst dealership I've encountered in my new car search. I have already identified the make, model, style/trim level, and color of the automobile The worst dealership I've encountered in my new car search. I have already identified the make, model, style/trim level, and color of the automobile I will be buying. I have done my research and test drives at a local VW Dealer in my home town. All the leg work is done, all I need to complete my search is price quotes from 3 or 4 dealers around SW FL to compare. I found this dealer through autoguru.com. I contacted the dealership through their chat feature. I answered many questions and provided a very clear description of what I was needing from a sales person. I was contacted by sales associate, Robert Castellano at 7:30am via email. I again answered all his questions and he knew exactly what I was looking for. He wrote me back saying, I will provide you a quote shortly (7:30am). I waited all day without hearing back. Finally, I called the dealership and was put through to VM. Second, I called the salesman's cell phone, no answer. Called the dealership again and finally reached Mr. Castellano and he rudely told me he was too busy selling a car to talk and hung up. I called back and asked for another salesperson and was put into VM. Called an hour later and asked for the sales manager and told him I just needed the quote I was promised 11 hours earlier. The sales manager told me Robert Castellano had sold two cars today and he wasn't going to tell him anything. I never heard back from Mr. Castellano and I could have been "low hanging fruit" for him. I will buy The VW I selected elsewhere. More

CROOKS do not go here! i am so pissed off! we took my elderly fathers car in for a diagnostic test on a new ( used) car. yes the car has some issues but we t do not go here! i am so pissed off! we took my elderly fathers car in for a diagnostic test on a new ( used) car. yes the car has some issues but we took it there to get repaired not have more problems. matt the service advisor told me the headlight would cost $250 to repair which we already thought was expensive...after dropping the car off for a few hours they came back with $1000 repair quote due to wiring issues...again they may be correct about this but the windshield wipers were working before it went in. they are not working now. they claim the motor mysteriously died. it worked before it went in doesnt work now...they are not taking responsibility. what kind of shady business is this? don't waste your time or money. More
