From Robert Castellano, through Jon Stube and ending up at Robert Wrightsman, I ended up signing a contract that I was first forced to sign with a smi From Robert Castellano, through Jon Stube and ending up at Robert Wrightsman, I ended up signing a contract that I was first forced to sign with a smile because it wasn't worth it to print again for that small difference to accept that I already had more than 330 miles and the contract shows 59 miles. the contract was for 36 months, and I find it's now 48 months. The dealer fee was calculated to be $699 and the contract shows $899, the funny thing is that Jon Stube told me that they increased it, which is a lie, he stole 200.00 from me, I have an email sent by him saying the dealer fee was $699.00 In this contract, we asked you to add 1,000 from the cancellation of the previous lease contract, in the payment it was calculated based on 36, but this is now multiplied by 48, where they stole 332.96 (John Stube said that these were the finance charges which would be 15% of interest charge). The service contract was calculated at $1,192.68 for 36 months, but now it is multiplied by 48 taking the expense to $1,590.24 they added 397.56, they stole from us. All these problems were the result of trusting Roberto Castellano since he represented our business with the manager. The manager made some calculations that based on our desire for 36 were acceptable, but the great manipulator and executor of these violations was the financial manager Robert Wrightsman. We now have a number of violations of the State of Florida statutes that will be seen with attorneys. These gentlemen were very sweet during the process that we trusted> But as soon as we began to ask for answers their answers constitute frauds. Now we have a contract that will last 48 months instead of 36 months. We found out that they are a NON-TRUSTY business. And after 5 hours waiting for the documentation to be completed we were exhaust, and they played us and we ended forced to sign a contract that we had no time to read. More

I went in, and was greeted by a salesman by the name of Max Kitchener, who then gave me a tour of the different models of the Volkswagen Jetta. I was sold on the R-Line, but needed it for the right price. After a non pushy negotiation, and a non pushy sales pitch Max and I were able to make a great deal. Max was such a good salesman, I recommended him to a friend the next day who went in a week later and came out with a new Passat. Max makes the experience easy and comfortable, which was great as it was my first ever car purchase. More

No problem, wasn't a serious issue, just mostly wanted it looked over before a big trip coming up. I showed up 10 min early to fill out the new customer info and was told after filling it all out that the mechanic was "running late" but was on the way. No problem, I've been there. After a half hour, I checked with Service, still on the way. Waited another half hour, still on the way. Waited a little while more then decided to leave. No apologies, no "Can we reschedule?". Life is short, I need all the hours I can get, I just wasted 2 and a half of them. More

I had been to EVERY dealership, driven everything available with my specs and even tried out other vehicles. But after driving the white GTI, love love love. Thank you Vasili for your pleasant, low key manner, no hard sales, and John the sales manager who did what he needed to to finalize the deal. Not only do I love the car, its amazing, but a dear friend was interested in a Tiguan, I brought her to Vasili and John made the numbers happen and within a few hours she was sporting her new wheels as well. I highly recommend them, when I come in they greet me by name, and even those who weren't involved in my sale, know who I am by the car and greet me as well. It isn't a large dealership, and that is what makes them awesome, they are about personalized service. What could be better than making people happy while spending their money. :-) More
