Well worth the drive Going to the new car dealer was something that I and most people dread more than going to the doctor. This time I took the time to drive past my local dealer and went north to Volkswagen of NPR. From the time I drove in, I noticed that it was totally different than what I was used to. There was plenty of space to park. When I walked in, the showroom was beautiful and had a very relaxed atmosphere. Customers were sitting on very comfortable chairs watching TV or on their i-phones as they enjoyed their beverages. It was a far cry from the three ring circus that I had been going to for so many years.  About that time Max appeared and introduced himself. I explained that I was only on a fact finding mission and that I did not intend to buy that day. I told him that I just wanted to look at a 2018 Beetle to see how it had changed from my 2003 Beetle...and has it ever changed...!! Max totally understood and did not put me under any pressure. Because of that, I spend almost two hours with him, which included a test drive. During our conversation he asked where I wanted to be on the deal. I gave him the number that I wanted to pay for the new Beetle and what I thought my 2003 was worth and he made it happen. I highly recommend Volkswagen of NPR to anyone and especially recommend Max. It is well worth the drive...!! More
