Teresa on the phones was especially great to get directions from and very friendly. She even RAN to go double check the car was on the lot before we drove up from Palm Harbor. Max was very knowledgeable about the car we immediately purchased because it was in pristine condition. No games, no haggle, just a truly great price. Simply wonderful! I was recently riding my motorcycle about when the thought struck me that I should look into possibly getting a "new" car, owing to my need to commute I was recently riding my motorcycle about when the thought struck me that I should look into possibly getting a "new" car, owing to my need to commute to a new job, my motorcycle's ongoing mechanical gremlins, and my significant other's disappointment with previous used cars that I have purchased. As I was riding, it occurred to me that I should at least check Volkswagen, owing to a previous experience with one of their vehicles, which I liked, despite its issues. I pulled into the dealer, not really looking to buy, but with an open mind. The Sales Manager walked up and spoke to me (owing to the odd lack of visible salesmen), and listened carefully to my vague waffling. He conjured up a salesman and chucked us into the lot with the goal of finding a new Jetta that could fit my budget. After some test-driving, bank-wrangling, and coaxing, Leo and I sat down to strike a deal. I was very impressed with their strong customer focus, clean dealership, and friendly staff. I will strongly recommend them to any of my friends or family that are looking for a new car. This is my first brand new car, and I couldn't be more thrilled. More
