Josh was very knowledgeable of all the warranty information and was more than willing to spend time with my wife and I as we decided on colors and the trim level we wanted. We ultimately decided on the premium trim level and the GM, Pat, was amazing when it came to pricing. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but Pat was able to get us the vehicle the next day. He came back and introduced me to another salesman because he was helping another customer. Everyone that was involved with me purchasing a new Volkswagen SUV was knowledgeable, courteous ,and it was a no pressure sale, and they kept me within my budget.
