Glad to find the perfect team to help me. Excellent Sales and Service We have now owned four Volkswagen cars (of all makes/models). The service department was what first sold us on the Naples Volkswagen dealership. We are now loyal purchasers and actually enjoy the car buying processing (this has never been true with any other dealership in the past). Kyle Harsh is awesome!!! He listens to what we want, he finds what we are looking for, he explains everything, clearly answering all of our questions, and he makes the process easy, comfortable, and yes, even enjoyable. We have never experienced a pushy person in the service or sales departments. Everyone is polite and professional. I would highly recommend both service and sales. It is obvious that this dealership has a high level of leadership that is focused on the customer and it is evident in all that they do. More

Jeff, in his infinite wisdom even got Volkswagen to put up the funds for a carbon build up problem with my engine because he felt the car had too few miles to have the issue. We are still working through the details of the engine light but I must say they have given me prompt service and have taken care of me so far. Thanks Guys!
