We happened to be in Naples, FL for my mother's 90th Birt My wife and I contacted 14 dealers around the country looking for a new, 2019 Alltrack SEL. We happened to be in Naples, FL for my mother's 90th Birthday and needed a replacement rear wiring harness for our 2013 VW CC (which we also love). Visited VW of Naples and while waiting for the repairs, spoke with and drove an Alltrack. Following the drive, we had a very low-key, but informative discussion and a week later, decided this was the place to buy! No regrets! More

Lackluster service We bought our Passat at this dealership. We were so happy with the purchase and location, that we have insisted on servicing our car here since then. However, on our last visit, we came in for a leaking headlight. There was condensation inside and it was getting worse. We bought an extended warranty and were hopeful this warranty would cover something like a faulty gasket on the headlight assembly. Technician told us it is not covered under the warranty because the warranty is for mechanical issues, and not body problems. However, he assured us the assembly was vented to remove any excess moisture and the gaskets were open to air out and future moisture that could accumulate. I left with a headlight that was still full of condensation from this dealer. Fast-forward a couple of weeks and our car needs to be looked at for another issue. We are on the east coast, in Hollywood. We tentatively turn the car into the shop because we are still infatuated with the Naples location, although slightly disillusioned due to the warranty we purchased not performing to expectations. The tech in Fort Lauderdale notices the headlight. At this point, severely holding water, not just condensation. We explained to him that the last service resulted in our warranty not covering the repair. He said he would check with his team, to see what the warranty policy specifically says, to see if there s a chance of getting it replaced and also covered by the warranty. Guess what?!?! $50 deductible and a new headlight later, problem fixed! I don't know if I can attribute it to the excellent service and perseverance of the Fort Lauderdale tech, or the lack of personal interest over at the Naples location. But it has opened our eyes to the possibilities when getting a second opinion and servicing our car at the Fort Lauderdale location from this point forward instead. More
