She also made us aware of VW's Uber service to and from the dealership while my vehicle was worked on. She communicated clearly and timely. Lease turn in Well I went out of my way to fix some "dents and scratches" from my lease inspection that totaled over $900.00. I had them fixed and paid for, turned in the receipt as stated and I am still being charged the $905.00 plus tax and turn in fee, as well as the money I paid to have the dents and scratches taken out, seems legit. I wont ever buy a VW again. More

We happened to be in Naples, FL for my mother's 90th Birt My wife and I contacted 14 dealers around the country looking for a new, 2019 Alltrack SEL. We happened to be in Naples, FL for my mother's 90th Birthday and needed a replacement rear wiring harness for our 2013 VW CC (which we also love). Visited VW of Naples and while waiting for the repairs, spoke with and drove an Alltrack. Following the drive, we had a very low-key, but informative discussion and a week later, decided this was the place to buy! No regrets! More
