Fantasic Experience from Bumper to Bumper My Family had purchased five cars since 2004 from Volkswagen of Naples and this experience was once again fantastic. My 2006 VW Beetle which I loved had developed enough problems that fixing it would have been more expensive than what it was worth. Alex DePew in Service, was attentive and friendly and introduced me to Rex Manchester who was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. awesome exspierience After shopping around for a couple weeks i came across a passat cc. I fell in love with it so that's the car I wanted.After almost buying a car with high mileage and no warranty I went to Volkswagen of Naples and was greeted with Erin and Kyle they were very informational and took their time and compared other cars ,mileage ,and warranty against the price.I was still not convinced so I had to go do more shopping and after going to two more places in Naples and driving back to Ft Myers.and realizing how right they were I called Erin she said come on down. Erin came beck to work and did the deal for me. I had my son with me and she even got him involved with a couple questions and jokes so he wasn't bored. All the staff that i got the pleasure to deal with were so friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back for my next car purchase.one happy customer Frank More
