After shopping around in person and online to get prices. This was the only dealer that gave me the out the door price online. It also turned out to be the best price. Called to inquire about a specific vehicle over the phone since I was not local. Juanpi was the gentleman who answered to help. He and Volkswagen were the best as far as delivering my vehicle from Naples to Fort Lauderdale which I am very grateful for! I took stars off because at a point in conversation he said that someone else was coming to look at the same vehicle and if I didn’t want to lose out then I needed to move forward quickly. Yes it’s possible, but I didn’t believe it on a Monday morning after the weekend had just passed and just came off as a poor sales technique especially when I expressed that I was going to get the vehicle and was just working everything else out. Lastly, I look stars off for Volkswagen because he indicated that if I gave him a review then he would get paid his commission quicker (tacky) but If that’s the case then I feel that reflects poorly on Volkswagen. Overall it was a good experience for doing everything remotely and I am very happy with my vehicle. More
