This was our first Volkswagen purchase and definitely not our last. My husband and I had been looking for a newer car for our 16 year old son, a newly licensed driver. We wanted a vehicle that would be safe, gas friendly, one he could grow with. We ended up deciding on a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We had the pleasure of working with "Michael" who was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and very professional. There was no pushy sales approach like we've experienced from other dealerships. Michael was very attentive and he really listened to our needs and wants, and helped us find a vehicle that not only checked off all the boxes, but was also within our budget in terms of what we were willing to spend. After we completed the financing portion of the sale, Michael took his time explaining all the features in the vehicle and made sure he knew how to use them before we drove away. From start to finish, from Sales, to Management (Michael), to Finance (Keith) this was by far the most positive car experience for us, and I'm confident we will be back! More
