Stefan did a great job helping me choose a vehicle that would work best for me. After just cruising around on my day off contemplating on weather to purchase a new car or not I was in the end, sold on the would work best for me. At first, Andrew, from service presented me with everything about my 2016 Jetta that needed to be repaired. I am grateful for his customer service skills. Then, once I spoke to Juanpi Sapiensa, ju everything about my 2016 Jetta that needed to be repaired. I am grateful for his customer service skills. Then, once I spoke to Juanpi Sapiensa, just to check into leasing a new vehicle, he was honest, attentive to my needs, and was an excellent negotiator. His customer skills are very impressive. His patience in handling my resistance to make a change from owning my car to leasing a new vehicle was incredibly talented. I saw a genuine interest to provide the best advice to a valuable customer. He was very knowledgeable and skillful in assisting me in making the right decision. As always, Volkswagen of Naples got a customer for life. This is not the first time I have leased or purchased a car there.
