Contacted VW of Naples spoke to Scott whom I never met or dealt with in the past and got me a deal literally within an hour. That’s not all when I tell him that I leave in Miami, he went out of his way, to have the car delivered to my house. Old Passat was appraised at my house, picked up by them and took delivery of new one all in the same day. This is what I call customer service. Experience and service received from Ruben the salesman like no other, he truly was outstanding. He fully explained everything from A to Z. If you are looking to buy a VW try these people, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you guys for going above and beyond. We were in the market for an SUV and spotted the BMW X7 in the lot. We stopped and talked to Mike Sarovitch and arranged to test drive it the next day. After we decided to buy the car he was helpful every step of the way, including dealing with a missing key and involving Jake Spooner, who helped us with the many electronic features of the car. Jake also volunteered to help us at any time in the future, which was reassuring since the technology can certainly be confusing and overwhelming. Overall, this was a very pleasant buying experience and we would highly recommend Mike Sarovitch and Naples VW/Audi .
