Ruben and everyone I came across at VW of Naples were courteous, informative, and eager to help. Looking back, there were two phases of my time working with Ruben and the team. During the first phase, two cars I was interested in got sold before I had a chance to buy them and Ruben was so helpful each time in helping me find a new option. The second phase was the opposite where I couldn’t decide between two cars, three really. Ruben and the team were helpful and understanding during my days of indecision.
