I left the dealership and was very dissatisfied to find the car had no navigation. I was told it had navigation and the reason why I did not look at the Taos, cheaper vehicle was because I was told it had the car had no navigation. I was told it had navigation and the reason why I did not look at the Taos, cheaper vehicle was because I was told it had no navigation. Upon reviewing the car on the Volkswagen site I found that automatic lift back was standard. I asked Chrystal about the automatic liftback and she said tiguan does not have this option but i could look at the Atlas, more expensive larger model. when we sat in the car for her to show me the vehicle, she spoke about the nav. coming up on the dash behind the steering wheel. When we pressed the nav. on the console..... " This car is not equiped with navigation" I asked Chrystal about the navigation and she told me to download the app. No dice. I texted chrystal and called the dealership and spoke to Josh the manager and he blew me off. So honestly this was a dishonest sale and I’m not happy. Looking forward to getting out of the vehicle since I just had spinal fusion and the lift back is a pain. Also no internet while phone is plugged in. Phone is plugged in because the car has no navigation. But I could purchase a hot spot. WTH Just completely aggravated. More

Colin and Crystal were both knowledgeable, honest and swift with the whole process. I called Colin at 9am on a Saturday and got my car the same day! Colin "heard" me and EXACTLY knew what I was looking for and needed. He honored the deal and kept his word. Crystal was super efficient with paperwork and setting up my insurance via the GEICO app. Crystal has also gone above and beyond the walls of VW Nanuet to answer any other questions that I had after leaving the dealership. Leslie was also efficient in making sure I got out of the dealership in timely manner! Thank you for making this an easy breezy process! One of the fastest dealership experiences to date! Be Cautious. Used Cars sold with known flaws. We had multiple warning lights going off about 2 days after taking delivery. This is after they claimed and charged Used Cars sold with known flaws. We had multiple warning lights going off about 2 days after taking delivery. This is after they claimed and charged for a multipoint inspection. One warning was for the brakes. Service said, "the brakes were fine and the pad must be below the 2mm limit and they were not covered". They also siad, we needed to go to BMW to get the lights reset. We went to Tenafly BMW and they did an actual check and found Rusted Brakes, the car needed an oil change, and there was a recall which they fixed. By far the worst car dealership I have experienced. More
