Be Cautious. Used Cars sold with known flaws. We had multiple warning lights going off about 2 days after taking delivery. This is after they claimed and charged Used Cars sold with known flaws. We had multiple warning lights going off about 2 days after taking delivery. This is after they claimed and charged for a multipoint inspection. One warning was for the brakes. Service said, "the brakes were fine and the pad must be below the 2mm limit and they were not covered". They also siad, we needed to go to BMW to get the lights reset. We went to Tenafly BMW and they did an actual check and found Rusted Brakes, the car needed an oil change, and there was a recall which they fixed. By far the worst car dealership I have experienced. The service was good, easy to book an appointment online and my vehicle was taken right in. I forgot my coupon at home and they honored the coupon anyway. However I had an inspection done and the paperwor and my vehicle was taken right in. I forgot my coupon at home and they honored the coupon anyway. However I had an inspection done and the paperwork indicated there was an issue with the airbag light not illuminating as it should and technically the vehicle was still under lease at the time and under warranty and I felt the problem should have been resolved then. So although it was a pleasant experience I just felt it could have been better. Striving to do better is all we can ask of ourselves as well as others. More

This dealership tried to do a bait and switch and thought I would take a car that was not even safe to drive. They inspected it knowing the tires were unsafe and the brakes were bad.
