Very unorganized, and caused me many headaches First, the dealership used my old address even though they were provided my state issued update card. This caused delays in the processing of my loan First, the dealership used my old address even though they were provided my state issued update card. This caused delays in the processing of my loan and required the loan company to further investigate my application. Then I had to take a few hours out of my already busy Saturday to come back to Day Apollo Volkswagen and re- sign the loan paperwork. This delay also almost caused me to be late on my first payment. Second, As I write this e- mail the dealership has not yet payed the loan off on my previous car, they will not return our phone calls and the title has not been transferred delaying the registration with the state on my new car. Third, My new car has many options and no one in the dealership offered to help me particularity with the rear view camera system, even though I was told an sales rep is familiar with Audi's. I do not expect them to be experts in all marques, but when I am told an employee used to sell Audi's and owned them refuses to help, that's aggravating. Tom Failor our salesman was fantastic, I hope that working for such a terrible dealership does not affect his future in sales. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!! More

Follow Up Previously I reported that: April 11th - told by Day Apollo VW that my 2013 VW Jetta Hybrid needed a new transmission and e-box (brains of the hybr Previously I reported that: April 11th - told by Day Apollo VW that my 2013 VW Jetta Hybrid needed a new transmission and e-box (brains of the hybrid system), estimated cost $16,157. April 17th - the Service Manager (Rick Maddock) called me and suggested I call WV Customer Care (national number). April 18th - it was determined that the 6 years or 85K mile Platinum Warranty I purchased for $2,100 when I bought the used 2013 Jetta hybrid in May 2015 at Day Apollo would cover the repairs, spoke with Joe Mazzocchetti (Service Advisor). NOTE: All service and regular maintenance since I have owned the vehicle, has been performed by Day Apollo VW, Moon Township, PA. Pending: April 26th - Day Apollo to replace Transmission and e-box. Refund me ~ $300 I paid for left front sway bay on April 20th, now determined that extended warranty did cover this. More

OUTSTANDING The service department is the best we have ever dealt with. The mechanics are always accessible to answer questions or explain what is happening. We were just there last week for a big job to be done, they gave us a nice loaner car because they had to order parts for our car, and keep it for a few days to get the work done. It turned out the mechanic worked over to get it done for us, and we had it back in 2 days! They even washed it and vacuumed the inside!! I should tell you that there is a VW dealer about 7 miles from where we live, and yet we choose to drive 45 minutes to Day Apollo because of the great service department and wonderful treatment we get. I would recommend Day Apollo to anyone buying a VW. More
