Over the top, exceptional service from start to finish. I had some pretty alarming issues with my car, and needed to get it to the dealer as soon as possible, after Firestone was unable to diagnose. Not only was Joe extremely accommodating with the timing of getting my car in despite being very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but he was very personable and extremely kind! In my time of panic with my car, Joe assured me that they would take care of my car and get me into a loaner vehicle so that I was not inconvenienced.
