I have bought two cars from this dealership. And other than some text saying that I can have maintenance done it's time, which is always charged for never comes with the purchase of the car. After you sign the dotted line all they want to see is your back leaving, and don't dare bring the front side of you back cuz you will not be helped. You are nothing but a number I forgotten person and someone that spent all of their money in the VW Jaguar dealership. Go Little Rock office you're doing great I am such a unsatisfied customer, that it absolutely is unbelievable how I'm going to wind up eating this car that I do not like one bit. No follow through after the sale all they cared about was making the sale and money In their pockets. The vehicle had an issue with a smell of rotten eggs in the vehicle. Will not be using this dealership again with this type of customer service and how they treat their customers.
