Salma was wonderful, Benny cooperative. But got home to find open recall on car! They are checking and say they will come and get it and fix it if it is not fixed, but I am disgusted that But got home to find open recall on car! They are checking and say they will come and get it and fix it if it is not fixed, but I am disgusted that they sold it with an open recall since February, and this is late June. Although Salma had the CarFax and showed it to us, she leafed through it quickly and we didn't see the recall paragraph in all caps. Benny says they will check on it, come get it if need be, and fix it, which I appreciate. But it makes me wonder what else the service department didn't look at. Good experience with sales people, not happy when I got home and checked carfax again. Also only came with one key fob, we have to pay extra for second fob. Just questions worth asking for any one else searching. More
