Kay, I am happy to assist you. Our MSRP program is a great program and has benefited many people. Typicallly, the MSRP program is best for a newer vehicle with lower miles. The cool thing is, we have a lot of different options when it comes to buying a car! We are a dealership and are in the business to sell cars. It doesn't matter to us if you buy a new car or a used car. We are just here to help you purchase a vehicle that makes since to you! As far as interest rates go, 0% is an offer that Volkswagen is doing for those qualified and is available only on new cars and is not combinable with other offers. With that being said, we are always looking for the best way for our customers to save the most amount of money and each program varies based on the customer. We do apologize for the way we left you feeling and hope we can be of further assistance. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at 816.600.4224. Thank you, Sheryl

We are somewhat taken aback by this "review" when you have made it clear to us that you would "blow us up online" unless you got your car fixed for free. We have the documentation of the first repair which was a wiring harness related to the transmission. At that time you were given the option to try a repair or to simply replace the part. We repaired the wiring harness as we repair wiring harnesses quite often without having any issues. When you returned 7 Months later with the same issue, we did indeed do the repair at no charge to you as much for Customer Service as anything and the service manager explained how you cannot continue to repair a wire eventually it has to be replaced. 1 year and 6 months later you returned again and were told the wiring harness can no longer be repaired it now needs to be replaced. We offered to apply the original repair cost to the part replacement and are rewarded by multiple reviews posted under various names. In spite of all this we still would be willing to help. Please reach out to Sheryl Yankee our Customer Relations Manager.

"Blow us up online"? Your words, not mine. However I do feel that you need to be held accountable for the damage done to the car and the complete lack of accountability you have displayed through this whole process. I have all of the invoices in front of me and no where do I show options to repair OR replace the harness. You repaired damaged terminals as this was the only option I was given. So unless you did not give me all documentation I requested, I can only work with the material provided. I have every right to voice my disappointment across every platform I wish, and in no way have I tried to conceal my identity. Its been the same review every time. As for the repairs, this car was still well under warranty the first two times it was "repaired" yet I still paid out of pocket after only owning the car for a few months at the time of the original repair. If your vehicles cannot handle multiple repairs without completely breaking then that sounds like an equipment issue, not my fault. On top of that your service department went on and on about how it could be rodent damage or normal wear and tear, then your tech's video distinctly states it's not rodent damage, nor do I see how it could be normal wear and tear on a highly insulted area of the car. So as far as I can tell, your techs caused the current damage. Offering me a discount of the money I already paid isn't a discount and treating me like some pest for not taking your "gracious offer" isn't customer service. I've reached out through every avenue provided and the quickest response I've managed to get was always replies to my reviews. So if you don't like my reviews then give me an option that doesnt involve me dumping more money in to a car that should be fully functional at 65,000 miles. Kind Regards, -Chris

Do not under any circumstances buy a vehicle from this dealership. I've put less than 400 miles on my car and have multiple issues they don't want to discuss to rectify. Fox 4 is my next point of contact. More
