We have got two cars through Kayla. She is freaking wonderful and went above and beyond for us. Helped us get a loan even when our credit was less than subpar. The only complaint I have She is freaking wonderful and went above and beyond for us. Helped us get a loan even when our credit was less than subpar. The only complaint I have, is that the phone system sucks. I barley ever get anyone, mostly VMs which would not be an issue but only 2 people have got back to me, except Kayla who I can almost always get a hold of. More
I was asked to write a review from the dealership for a car I bought but have not seen and do not have. I was told that someone named Crystal would be in touch with updates on when my car would arrive. The car I bought but have not seen and do not have. I was told that someone named Crystal would be in touch with updates on when my car would arrive. The only time I heard from Crystal was when she asked me to write a review. I purchased a car , was told by the manager that the car was in Knoxville and would arrive in a week. Then he said two weeks. When we reached out to our sales person we were told it was in ‘port’ and would arrive in 7-10 days. I drove through the lot, saw several Atlases in stock. Asked my sales person about the status, told my car wasn’t there and it would be another 7-10 days. Asked for confirmation of where it was and was sent a generic email saying ‘in port’ with no ETA listed. How can I be told 7-10 days if no ETA is listed?? Meanwhile, my car is listed for sale on the website with the description ‘in transit’. I am currently seeking legal options to cancel the sale due to false advertising and a bait and switch tactic. If you are looking for a car, do NOT shop here. More

This was our second car purchase in a week from this dealership. And it was all because of the AMAZING customer service that we received from beginning to end. Korey is PHENOMENAL. He was our salesman for the first purchase and when we returned for the second, we specifically requested him. He is 5 stars all around! The GM was very attentive and personable. Elias and Andres in Financing were great to work with and made us feel confident in our decisions by taking the time to explain everything. We would absolutely send anyone we know to work with Korey! Worse car purchase I’ve ever experienced! Josh Van xxxx completely took advantage of us. We came to purchase a car for my daughter and Josh intentionally misrepresented a car that was totally Josh Van xxxx completely took advantage of us. We came to purchase a car for my daughter and Josh intentionally misrepresented a car that was totally unsafe. He did not disclose a lot of the issues with the car including huge scratches on the hood and body damages on the back. When I addressed them before I picked up the car, he had promised they will take care of them. But now we’re pretty much being told to just deal with it. My biggest concern was that he misrepresented a crucial safety concern with a missing seatbelt in the front seat. He was well aware of this as he sat in the same seat without the seatbelt and even made a comment about putting a seatbelt on that was non-existent, but didn’t disclose and STILL sold us the car! They purposely delayed everything from picking up the car to even addressing the issues they promised they would fix. After weeks of failed attempts to reach someone, I finally got tired of waiting to speak with someone about my concerns and drove back there. But when I came, they had me speak to Aaron Peak (team lead manager) and Matt Ottosen (general manager) who were no help whatsoever. They refused to help us and was trying to charge us for the existing damages that were purposely not disclosed, saying it’s too late for us to return the car because I’ve had it too long. I shared that I’ve addressed the issues since before I got the car and I had proof, but he of course ignored and didn’t care. All he kept saying was their main concern is the “safety” of the car which clearly is a lie because they were fully aware of the unsafe nature of the car and still sold it to us. Josh knew this was a car for my daughter and he obviously didn’t care about her safety for selling a damaged and unsafe car to us. They fraudulently misrepresented a car to us and they don’t care! All they care about is money. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER! More

My car buying experience was a total nightmare! In mid-Jan I met with Kaila, chose a car and worked with Danny for in-house financing. The car I chose would be coming from another dealership who In mid-Jan I met with Kaila, chose a car and worked with Danny for in-house financing. The car I chose would be coming from another dealership who in-turn would send to Summit Lees VW upon arrival the following week. I was told I would receive regular status updates, these were rarely provided. Several weeks later I requested an update on the status of the vehicle and I was contacted by Matt O the General Manager who notified me the receiving dealership had sold the vehicle and they would need to find me a different one. A second vehicle was found for me, however paperwork needed redone to update with the new VIN. For the "inconvenience" 2 payments and an extra year of prev maintenance were included in my deal. I was told only the VIN would be updated, but as a result of updating the VIN on the loan paperwork, the lender subsequently ran my credit an additional six times. My vehicle arrived at the end of February, but arrived with only 1 key. I was told that a key would be ordered and it should be available the following week. I attempted to reach Matt O to request an update on the check for the 2 payments, as well as to express my frustration, however, after multiple calls and messages, he failed to return ANY of my calls. I later received the check, (a month after it was cut) and upon trying to deposit was made aware by my bank that the dealership had failed to sign it. After speaking with Danny, he provided awesome customer service and was able to answer all of my questions. He provided info on when a check signer would be available, as well as an update of my additional key, which I later found out had not been ordered until he requested an update. I understand the situation resulted from a series of circumstances outside of LSVW control, however, for a GM to choose not to communicate, follow-up, or simply acknowledge the issues that were in his control is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had hoped he would make things in right and discuss in my subsequent visits to the dealership, but that never happened, creating further frustration on my end and leading me to warn others to take their business elsewhere.
