I purchased a 2023 VW Atlas from Jonathan Moreno-Gonzalez. This was the first dealership I actually enjoyed working with. When they say "they're not like the traditional dealership" they mean it! Maximas my salesperson, he was laid back and not pushy at all. Lack of response and transparency. I literally was ghosted by the sales team after completing a credit app I have a 780 Credit score. They never provided price payment estimate or trade in. Not sure why I would spend my team with this amateur hour. Last purchase was from baron bmw and purchased 3 cars and had a great experience. Bought an ID.4 for my wife from Molle VW great experience. The sales manager Josh tried some amateur sales technique on the 29th that any proposal would change because this was end of month and deal was today only. It was the 29th the month had another day! Stupid car salesman pressure techniques are ridiculous and what a fail. All I asked for was a what was a lease estimate or purchase estimate and trade in estimate before I come to The dealership. I never received anything. I'm not sure why I would waste my time to come in in when they can't share the simplest of info. Truly amazing. I have purchased well over 30 cars over the past 35 years and truly the worst experience! More
This is the worst dealership ever please away from this dealership. I brought a brand new 2023 atlas cross sport. Ever since purchase I’ve had issue. Dealership communication is terrible and they won’t fix my car even thought it 3 weeks old. They keep telling me it going to take maybe two weeks for a part but it could also take 4-6 months for a part they don’t know. They also are not sure of this part will even fix the issue. Mind you this is a brand new car there should be anything wrong with it at all. Please stay away from this company at all cost. More
I brought my car in for routine service, and left with something wrong. A loud song. The kid that worked on it told me Jesus loves me and said nothing was wrong with it. Gets one star cause the Tiguan I got for my daughter is pretty nice and she loves the car. Salespeople are OK, I'd expect that. They are trying to sell a car so of course they are nice. Finance and service......Lets just say if their lips are moving its probably not true. I spent $10,000 for all the extras my daughter wanted. She wanted the leather protection and paint protection as well as the extended service contract and GAP insurance. Since we got the car my daughter has repeatedly tried to get paint scratches fixed which is supposed to be covered by the paint protection I paid for. Service department keeps giving her the run around. She has tried to get leather work done which was supposed to be covered by the leather protection I paid for. Can't get them to do that either. There is an open recall item we have been trying to get fixed since December. We keep getting excuses of the slow boat from Germany variety We are looking to sell the car and get her in another newer car. So I've tried twice to cancel the service contract and gap insurance so I can get that knocked off the loan. Both times I was told it was cancelled. It was not cancelled either time. I called the number they gave me to check on it. The service contract people don't even have a record of me ever having a service contract! As it stands right now she wants another newer Tiguan but there is no way I will even consider another Volkswagen due to the service department and the finance department. More
Bought my first VW at Lees Summit VW and had a pleasant experience. Parker, who was my sales person, along with the managers were all very nice and professional. Nick was great but skipped over key features that we defiantly wanted but do not have like blind spot sensors and rear tailgate remote lift. Didn’t realize these weren’t standard features.
